Cancellation Policy - Terms & Privacy
Check-in Times
Standard check-in is between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., and Check-out is 11 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior notice. The latest check-in accepted is 10 p.m.
Number of Guests per room
Rates are per room, per night, for up to 2 people. They are quoted in USD and do not include all applicable taxes and fees. Full payment is due at check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
At the time of reservation, we gather credit card information to secure your reservation. Any cancellations or changes to your reservation require 11 days notice prior to the arrival date. A cancellation fee of $20.00 per room for the first night of lodging will apply for all rooms. If 10 days or less notice is given, the full room rate will apply. Please consider travel insurance if needed. Group bookings, if cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full rate will apply.
General Information
We’re sorry, but we don’t allow pets in the rooms. However, we do board horses for guests staying with us.
No smoking in the lodge.
We ask that you not bring children under the age of two.
Please let us know ahead of time if you have any special requests.
Cancel a Reservation
To cancel or modify an existing reservation, please call us at 530.258.3382 or email us. You must receive a confirmation to cancel a reservation. Cancellation fees will apply.
Our goal is to provide a wonderful experience in the desirable location of Mill Creek, CA.
