Feather River Video Contest
Purpose of the Feather River Video Contest intends to promote the Feather River region and foster economic development through awareness and tourism. The goal of the contest is to encourage the production of videos that reflect the natural beauty and vibrant community that exists in the amazing place we are fortunate enough to call home. The contest is an initiative of Carrot Consulting with a $100 grant provide by Feather River Bread for the Journey for the prize money.
Contest Details
•Videos must be 3 minutes or less.
•Videos may be submitted by individuals, groups, organizations, or businesses.
•Videos must not contain any commercial businesses, industry names, brand names, product placement, endorsements, or trademarks.
•Videos may not be deleted or removed after the contest is over.
•Each entrant may submit up to two videos.
How to Enter
•Upload your video to YouTube, being sure to fill out the Title, Description, Tags, Category, and Map Location. (Learn more about that here.)
•Upload your video and submit your contest entry form by 5:00 pm PST, May 11, 2012.
Official Rules
No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. Videos must not contain any commercial businesses, industry names, brand names, product placement, endorsements, or trademarks. Video must contain a Title, Description, Tags, and Location. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements.
Judging
All eligible submissions will be judged through an online voting process. Anyone can vote but an individual is only permitted one vote. The voting will take place between May 14th and May 31st on www.QuincyCA.us. The video with the most votes by 5:00pm PST on May 31st will be deemed the winner. The prize will be split should a tie occur.
Prize
The first place winner will receive $100 in cash. The contest winner will be notified by phone or e-mail by June 4, 2012.

Take some great video and possibly win $100.00.
